Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Dermatitis

Question: i am 47 years old and have been generally healthy my whole life. approximately 5 and 1/2 years ago i developed a nasal congestion issue that became year round along with seborrheic dermatitis on my eyelids and nose entry. The peculiar thing is that both conditions happened around the same time. I have never had allergies prior. Visited several ENT doctors and all said it was allergies. Took Shots for one year and no help. In the last year my nasal congestion has lessened somewhat. But it is still an issue everyday. The seborrheic dermatitis is on one eyelid primarily and has not gone away. also had 3 spots on and off periodically on my chest area. I just cant believe its regular allergies. I would like someone to look in a different direction...What can I do
