Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion, Fatigue, Sore Throat And Fever While On Claritin

Question: I've had a cold for the past five days, heavy nasal congestion, headache, fatigue, sore throat, low grade temp (~99) for 2.5 days. I used Mucinex and Claritin. Most symptoms have passed but today I'm feeling what I would describe as a slight "burning" feelings in my lungs. I have a very heavy work travel schedule coming up, travel for the straight weeks beginning next week. Do you think I need an antibiotic?

Which antibiotics you have used and for how much duration? Are you running temperature right now?
As far as your symptoms are concerned, in my opinion, if you are not having fever you should not use antibiotics any more.
You may continue with anti allergic medicines like cleritin daily at night. It will help you relieve symptoms.
Meanwhile stay calm and wear face mask. Avoid cold exposure and Use hot fluids.
