Brief Answer:
Needs supportive care, antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sore left nostril with yellowish discharge looks like infection of the nostrils and staphylococci are very common in this area. You may need some antibiotic both oral and topical and efforts not to manipulate this sore as it can cause complications. Rest assures treatment is very effective and responds in a few days. Consult a otolaryngologist or any physician and let them prescribe you required antibiotics.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
