Question : i have nausea and my bowel movement has a greenish color and a lot of gas

Most likely you have some gastrointestinal infection caused by bacteria. I suggest you to avoid any solid foods for the next 12 hours, drink plenty of mineral water and start probiotic intake.
If the symptoms wont go away withing the 24 hours, please consult your doctor. Antibiotic treatment might be necessary.
