Brief Answer:
Gastric irritant

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Targinact is a gastric irritant and therefore can lead to nausea. You can benefit from giving him some over the counter liquid antacids or even prilosec (omeprazole). Give him plenty of water to drink. You would need to be patient. It would soon be fine.

Brief Answer:
Within tolerance

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. It is an overdose but it is within the tolerance limit. Hopefully other than gastric irritation no other adverse effect would result. However, in case of any untoward presentation be sure to take him to the ER.
