Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Dizziness

Question: Last three days have on and bouts of dizziness & naesa and have noticed my blood pressure is low at 112 over 74. Any thoughts? I am scheduled to go on 3 day intl trip to the U.K. starting tomorrow.

Most probably you are suffering from acidity. Please take something like Omeprazole with domperidone twice a day. You can also take a liquid antacid twice a day additionally. You can continue for 3 days.
If no relief, I am afraid you will need to see a doctor.

Forgot to mention slight shortness of breath and some muscle fatigue when exerting energy above normal. It was very warm while on lake and was sweating heavily.
