Hi.
In order to help your wife, I need more information about since when she is feeling nauseated, if she has any pre-existing illnesses, whether she is on any medications or other treatments.
Meanwhile, you can give her Ondansetron tablet 4mg in consultation with your doctor.
Looking forward to more information so I can help your wife.

She has had bouts of Arrhythmia in the past. She has a sedentary job and gets very little to no exercise. She was preparing yesterday to go to work and went back to bed for the day, then got up and felt normal last evening. Today when she got up, she she had a headache and felt the same way (nausea and dizziness) after 20 -30 minutes.
Brief Answer:
get a cardiology check up done
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have read your query and to me it doesnt appear to be something for which you need to consult an oncologist. In fact, at first instance it appears to be a recurrence of her arrythmias. That can present with nausea and light headedness particularly on getting up from bed as this results in sudden fall in blood pressure. If she is on any medications for her arrythmia, then the dose needs to be corrected and if not, then she might need to be placed on some. For this, it is best that she consult a cardiologist or go to her treating doctor.
