Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Breathlessness And Tingling In Limbs

default
Posted on Wed, 7 Oct 2015
Question: I haven't eaten a legitimate meal in 3 days and I'm starting to feel the effects. I am very nauseous, it is hard to breathe, it is almost impossible to chew food, my limbs are tingly, I am under a great deal of stress, and I haven't slept in over 48 hours. I have been drinking water but it hasn't been helping much. I think I may be having an anxiety attack as well. Do I need to go to the emergency room?

Brief Answer:
Due to the 48 absence of sleep, I would recommend it

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and am happy that you chose to seek medical help. The first thing I would like to ask of you is why you have not eaten a decent meal since the past 3 days or so? Is there an availability issue or you just don't seem to have the appetite for it?

You said you are extremely stressed, is this why you haven't been sleeping and eating or the stress is due to your inability to feed or sleep well enough?

I would also like to ask if you are on any drugs or substances? If so, you can trust in me because whatever we share here will not be disclosed to anyone else. Only if I know the complete truth can I help you.

If you haven't slept a wink in 48 hours due to stress and anxiety, you will require some amount of medication to help relax you and put you to sleep. For this reason, I would recommend a doctors visit but if you are on any drugs then they will surely find out so please bare this in mind.

Please do not hesitate to write to me for any clarifications or information. I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
