Brief Answer:
there are medications that you can use

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It can sometimes be difficult to treat medical conditions during pregnancy but it depends on how far you are in your pregnancy.

If you are in the first trimester (first 12 weeks) , then the use of any medication needs to be limited because this is the stage of organ development in the baby.

If you are beyond the first trimester either the second or third then you can use some medications.

Paracetamol is safe in pregnancy and would help you with the sore throat, fever and chills, muscle and joint pain and headache.

Fluids and rest would also be important. Cool or cold fluids would help with temperature as well.

Chloroseptic spray or gargle for sore throat is also considered safe in pregnancy.

If additional cough and cold symptoms occur (cough, nasal congestion) then there are also medications that you can use such as actifed, sudafed, guaifenesin.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
