Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Fatigue And Vomiting
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Go to ER for immediate fluids replacement therapy intravenously
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your symptoms of sudden onset of vomiting, diarrhea and fever are indicating possible Gastroenteritis (bowel infection).
Viruses are the most common causes, bacteria are also to consider. Appendicitis should be also taken into account.
As the symptoms have been going on for 5 days now, and you have no appetite and still vomiting, there is high risk for dehydration. So, I highly recommend to go to ER and take intravenous fluids replacement until no more vomit.
Once you won't have vomit, start BRAT diet (banana, rice, apple sauce, toast).
Increase fluids intake with OTC ORS (oral rehydration salts), have small and light meals.
Wish fast recovery.

Intermittent chronic vomit is a problem, yours not
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for your clarification, it was of help.
Now, there is nothing to make you strange.
Vomit after 2 days of feeling better could be due to various reasons:
- food choking
- coughing
You are still having viral infection so, loss of appetite, sometimes vomiting and fatigue will last a bit longer.
If you will continue having intermittent vomiting without having any other problem, further consultation with your doctor is needed to rule out appendicitis and biliary problems.
Hope this helps.
Wish fast recovery.
