2. How did the problems started. Please mention the course of disease in more details.
3. Any frequent loose stools? Or constipation?
4. Any specific reason your doctor mentioned for adding Fluconazole as this is anti fungal drug. Yes, you are right it effects liver.
5. Any weight loss?
6. Any history of jaundice?
7. Any history of food regurgitation? Any burping?
8. Is the pain in stomach in in upper abdomen or lower abdomen?
9. Ask her that did she give any history of white discharge per vaginally to the doctor who prescribed Fluconazole.
10. Attach whatever investigation you have.

I am answering your queries pointwise.
1.She is having these since XXXXXXX 3.
2. It started as whenever she ate anything she had to go to toilet. Her throat was having burning sensation. While going to toilet a lot of noise was coming. Presently whenever she eats any thing she feels like omiting. Her apetite is lost. Not feeling energetic. Having pain in legs.
3. Mostly stool is loose..
4. She has eczema in her foot; that's why docter gave fluconazole.
5. Yes weight loss is there.
6. No history of Joindice.
7.No food regurgitation , but light burping is there.
8. The pain in stomach is near navel point.

10. Her thyroid profile on 15-6-14 was normal i.e;

T4-11.4
TSH-3.87
As her menses was not normal since last 3 months i,e since march it was after 17 days 27 days(it was very very less this time),26 days (normal),46 days (after consulting docter, this happened only after taking medicine). Dates were 28 feb,16 mar,14april,11may, 26 XXXXXXX 23 july.At this point docter prescribed a Trans vaginal ultrasound, we got it done on 15 XXXXXXX report was " no significant abnormality visualised".
Kindly suggest, her URIC ACID, SERUM is 5.1, R.A is < 10.00 on 7 Aug.

Dear Friend.
I would keep very high the possibility of Malabsorption Syndrome with the history provided.
I would advise you to stop all these medications and first of all get her evaluated.
1. Upper GI Endoscopy with Biopsy.
2. Anti TTG Antibody.
3. Hemogram with ESR.
There is no point in giving her so many medications with out proper diagnosis.
I would keep a possibility of Malabsorption Syndrome particularly Celiac Disease.
Get investigated and review with reports.
