Suggest Treatment For Nauseous Feeling In Throat And Post Nasal Drip

Question: Hi, for the last few weeks I have had a nauseous feeling in my throat, its not in my tummy where you would feel it if you had a tummy bug etc, just the back of the throat. I tend to notice at times that I tense the back of my throat subconsciously and lift my soft palate. I am wondering whether this could be causing the sick feeling? I have post nasal drip after having Septorhinoplasty and mucus feeling too, but no lump in throat sensation. should I be concerned?
Brief Answer:

PND & mucus feeling is common after Septorhinoplasty .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice

Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily &
Tab Rantac twice daily for nausea .
No need for too much concern . You will get relief .

Thanks for reply, my surgery was 2 years ago so not sure if the PND is related to this - the feeling seems to be worse whilst eating and for some time after. would PND cause this or is it more likely gastro related?
Brief Answer:
In your case , symptoms most probably because of combination of PND + GERD
