1- 1 week.
2- ache
3- not sure
4- no cough , just dryness when swallowing
5- yes , but voice has come back good , but when I went in for my last scope exam this week , it still revealed the right side voice box had no movement or vibration.
6- 5 weeks total on right side not working . Was like laragitis the first 3 weeks , but then voice gradually came back , except for the right side , I'm thinking that's some of the reason behind the neck stiffness , or ache glands , it's taking more effort the speak , with only some of voice working properly .
7- no

Brief Answer:
You might require voice therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow up.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesics like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) You might require a voice therapy.
4) Restricted neck movements could be due to pain.
5) If the lymph nodes does not resolve with antibiotics, you might need FNAC of the lymph nodes.

Wish you a speedy recovery.

Hope I have answered your question.

If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Truly,
