Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Necrotising fasciitis is a life threatening infection of soft tissue . Bacterial toxins causes hypoxia and necrosis. Ultimately it dissolve connective tissue. So it need urgent surgical and medical treatment.
Debritment or removal of affected area by surgery is the treatment. You have infection with gram negative bacilli and gram positive cocci. You should go for drug sensitivity test. It will help to choose antibiotics. Take antibiotics which is most effective. You also need susupporting care so hospitalisation is necessary. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
