Brief Answer:
anti viral, medication for neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Shingles can be very painful, it causes nerve related pain - neuralgia.
Neuralgia is due to abnormal structure or function of the nerves- neuropathy

Neuralgia can be treated with the more common pain killers which are usually over the counter (ibuprofen, cataflam, naproxen, ketorolac) or other medications that are used for this type of pain (these would require prescription).

An anti viral can also be combined with the pain medication to try and speed up recovery eg acyclovir or valacylcovir

The medications that were mentioned above that are used for neuralgia include tegretol, gabapentin, amitrytyline, nortriptyline, lyrica, cymbalta

These are all medications that were designed originally to treat seizures or depression but they have been found to treat nerve related conditions in persons with NO depression or seizures.
This can be easily confirmed with an online check of neuralgia or neuropathy against any of these meds.

The fatigue is due to the effect of the viral illness and would improve once this acute illness resolves.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
