Question: 15 days before he was diagnosed with neuroendocrinal tumor grade 2. primary in pancreas and secondaries in liver, L1 vertebrae and surrounding bones.

I am sorry to know about your patient. However, this is not immediately life-threatening. Grows slowly and treatment is available.
1. Sandostatin LAR is a good drug. If it stalls the disease then nothing else. Otherwise tablets like everolimus or sunitinib can help.
Radionuclide therapy is also a good option if required.
2/3. Usually patient survives many years, exact difficult to predict. We have many who survived >5 or >10 years
4. Definitely there is hope as I said above.
