Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats, Constipation And Cough

Question: Hello doctor,m a married man,about three months back I had unprotected sex with an unknown woman hardly for a minute which was the first and last I had slept with someone other than my wife.i started to worry about hiv the next day.i was scared and anxious.i was not able to stop thinking of hiv and was unable to do anything.i lost my appetite.lost interest in my work.after about three days I experienced night sweats and body aches.from 10th day I had a feeling of something stuck in throat and had to constantly clear my throat of phlegm which lasted for over a month until I took pantodac.from 16th day I had constipation for about a week with burning sensation after the bowel.after reading a lot on google I started to notice my private part everyday closely to see if anything new has come up.first I noticed a tiny bump like thing on penile head and thought it is wart and applied imiquad cream for 3 days.after three days I saw small red bumps on the head which appear and disappear in a day for which I applied clotrimazole for 5-6 days which then went away.then after about 1 and a half months I notice tiny bumps on the foreskin which are visible when erect for which m applying mupirocin now.but I have one bump on the head which has been there for over 2 months or more as I noticed it then.i have no itching or pain from these bumps.i have tested for hiv antibody test at 15days and at 58 days both came back nonreactive.after the second test I was relieved a bit and started to lead normal life after which I put on 2.5 kgs.until the second test I was away from my wife.what could these bumps be?every morning I cough up phlegm and will clear throat a few times during the day.what could this be?is it related to hiv?should I test for hiv again?what are the chances of 58day hiv negative test turning positive later?after the second test I started to lead a normal life with my wife so is that k?
