Question: Hello Dr , I am male 26 , height 5,10" weight 80 kgs and IT entrepreneur by profession , I am about to get married in August 2015 , I was very much into masturbation during my teen age and now when I am about get married I am worried about sexual health , as I think my urge has been bit decreased and also my private part appears to be more wrinkled and dull . Before 3-5 years i rigorously masturbated even 2-3 times a day but slowly it went off , now I occasionally feel need . Once in a while I do have night emissions as well.Plus that excitement for sex is missing a lot I don't know if it due to busy life or something else . Now as I am about to get married I need consultations from your side . I don't drink by occasionally do smoke . Thanks

i can understand your concern , but i want to assure you to not to worry so much on this issue. masturbation is a very normal act that nearly all men practice.
anxiety is one of the problem for your concern.
stress and anxiety will decrease the sexual drive. so keep away from stress and anxiety.
night emission is normal one. its like overloading tank spilling out.
masturbation frequently may lead to premature ejaculation. So kindly avoid practicing frequently.

nutritive food,good sleep,practicing meditation with help you get rid of from this problem.
medicine such as aswaganda,kapikachu will help to regain your sexual strength.

no need to worry kindly follow the advise and take the prescribed medication:
