Suggest Treatment For Nocturnal Emissions
Your symptoms may be from hypotension, other data should be provided
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
You are reporting to be using a man's oil. Can you please give the name of the brand you are using? I think the ingredients in that oil could be a possible cause.
The symptoms you are experiencing are indicative for possible orthostatic hypotension.
I advise not to get up quickly especially when you get erection. This is because during erection, there is more blood concentrated in the internal organs including genitals and less in the periphery.
Thus, getting up quickly will cause a sudden drop in blood pressure with symptoms you get asked final result.
I need to know what other medicines you are taking and if you suffer from other medical problems.
I do not see anything worrisome, however I need to have the requested information to give a more specific answer.

It is not every time I stand up with erection that I feel something in my chest, but more than once now to want me to clarify it further, and it seems like standing on my knees is the worst (with erection), because twice now the last week I did that, and the following morning I have felt some warmth in hand and discomfort in the chest. So it is interesting to hear you say there is more blood in internal organs which may explain it. And likely, the erection has been present for a while before I wake up and notice it. It disturbs my sleep a lot.
I will not provoke it any further, will try to let the erections subside without getting up. I didn't find any information online about erection and its affect on the heart, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing any great harm.
Forgot to let you know about other medicines: I have been using Rhinocort (nosespray) every day for almost 10 years because of nasal polyps, and I also use Aerobec daily, because of bronchial asthma. Other than that, occasionally ibuprofen/paracetamol.
Little chance for cardiac diseases...

Hi back,
Thank you for providing more of your medical data.
It is good that you stopped using that oil. I recommend to wait for 2-4 weeks to see if your problem persist. In this case your problen isn't related to oil use and other causes (hormonal, psychological and andrological problems).
To my point of view, you have less chances to get heart disease. However, I still insist to run echocardiogram and stress test to rule out any possible unnoticed heart problems.
Hormonal balance is also advised together with further consultation with XXXXXXX
All the best!
