Differential diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I reviewed the image.
It could be bacterial folliculitis or if it is spreading, it could also be chicken pox.
Do you have any fever? Has the rash spread since yesterday?
Regards

I do not have a fever and it has not spread any further since yesterday. I had chicken pox when I was a child. This rash actually started on my back a few weeks after having a breast MRI last December.
I thought that it was a reaction to the contrast from the MRI. Then it appeared on the front of my body much worse. The rash is on my navel and on the part of my body shown in the image I had sent to you and around the borders of my breasts. I also have a tiny bit in my left armpit. The doctor who ordered the MRI has seen this rash. She said that she did not know what it is and that I should see a dermatologist

Brief Answer:
Regarding management of your rash on trunk
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Another possibility is that it is papular pityriasis rosea which is a hypersensitivity reaction to agents like drugs, foods, infections etc. I suggest you to apply a topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for a few days.
