Need your assistance regarding the women's Ovary eggs rupturing. My wife is facing issue regarding unhealthy eggs and not getting ruptured on time from last 2 cycles. Please assist if we need to take care of anything.

1) Eggs do get ruptured especially in women below 30 years of age.
2) Unhealthy eggs can be commented if they are examined under microscope after taking eggs out of body for IVF / ICSI.
