Brief Answer:
epistaxis for evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

You should use a decongestant nasal drops 3 drops in both nostril and pinch your nose tightly. If you do not have the decongestant drops, you can try ice over the nasal bridge. Don't try to blow your nose any more.

As you try this at home, you need to find a means to check blood pressure. If there was no trauma preceeding, it may be from a high blood pressure. Hence it is advisable to visit the ER.

If bleeding doesn't stop, you will need nasal packing along with tranexemic acid injections to control bleeding. It can be done by the doctors at ER / your local ENT surgeon.

Hope I have answered your queries. Pleased to help you more if needed.
