Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would need to know a few things before commenting. The first thing to ask would be the current blood pressure and whether you skip doses from time to time. The next thing to ask would be whether you know your TSH level. If not known, I would insist you to get it checked. Please share the report with me thereafter. The third thing to ask would be the extent of control of diabetes. I would need to know your latest HbA1c level or at least fasting blood sugar. If not checked recently, I would insist you to get them checked and to let me know the reports thereafter.

I would await your response. Based on your inputs I would guide you further.

Let me mention that is very important for you to walk regularly in the morning. That will help in effectively controlling your blood pressure, blood sugar as well as the swelling.

Regards
