Brief Answer:
Get evaluated by a neurologist and investigated as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms of tingling sensation in all four limbs may be due to neuropathy.
Is there any diabetes, hypothyroidism, liver disease or kidney disease?
You should get a nerve conduction study done.
Blood investigation like sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, renal function test and liver function test should be done.
For treatment you can try pregabalin with methylcobalamin.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
