Suggest Treatment For Numbness In The Fingers

Question: YES, PLEASE. I HAVE HAD NUMBNESS IN MY LEFT PINKIE AND RING FINGER SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING. I HAVE HAD BREAST CANCER (2 YR SURVIVOR) WITH NEUROPATHY IN MY FEET ONLY. SHOULD I GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM OR JUST WAIT AND SEE IF IT GOES AWAY. SOMETIMES WHEN I SLEEP, I GET NUMBNESS IN MY HAND, BUT IT GOES AWAY PRETTY QUICKLY. THIS SEEMS TO BE HANGING IN THERE.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You require evaluation if it persists.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through the details. Sudden onset numbness is unlikely to be related to the previous effects of chemotherapy. It may be related to compression of nerves of hand during sleep and is likely transient.
So, no need to worry. You can go for a routine evaluation and not emergency if it persists. Hope it helps.

Thanks and regards
