Hello,
Such symptoms may be indicative of breast rash, that can appear under the nipple or under the breast. It may be caused due to
allergic reaction to body beauty products, detergents, synthetic clothes worn,
hormonal changes, infection, irritation, or can be indicative of breast cancer.
Get clinically examined by a gynecologist to detect Paget's disease of the breast or IBC. It is a sign of breast cancer that starts in the nipple or around or below the areola, or the skin around the nipple.
Inflammatory breast cancer causes the skin to become red, with pain, swelling,
inverted nipple.
Other non-cancerous conditions that can cause similar symptoms are
psoriasis, eczema, mastitis, etc. Your daughter is suggested not to touch or scratch it. She should maintain hygiene, wear loose fitting cotton clothes and get clinically examined, evaluated and treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
