Good nutrition
No other numb parts of body
Lots of meds
He can't take Pregabalin, has bad reactions to it

Brief Answer:
Vitamin B 12 and Nerve conduction studies

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
You may have to get his Vitamin B 12 levels estimated and get nerve conduction studies done. These tests determine whether the paraesthesia is due to anatomical or physiological problem.
Do consult a Neurologist with reports of the above tests.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
