Suggest Treatment For Obsessive Compulsive Disoreder

1.Cockroaches are there in my house.My maid used to wash kitchen utensils.If I take any plate or tumbler or any other
thing I will wash again fearing that cockroaches might have touched it.Or if I touch any where I will wash my hands many times
fearng that cockroaches or lizards might have touched it.I am already a skin allergic person ..Using dishwash soaps /hand wash
many times makes my hands more allergic with rashes.
2.Its rainy season in my place and I am scared to go out; fearing that I will get rat fever if I my foot touches the water.
3.If I buy something from shop (May be a buiscut packet) I will Wash my hands,open the buiscuit packet ,again I will wash my hands fearing
that,buiscuit cover might contain some germs or rat urin.
Examples like this are many..
If one thing gets into my mind..that negative thought will be there till I get the next one(I mean next fear.)
Today I baught an Oil bottle..ANd I have rashes in my hand..And I am fearing that,may be that bottle has some germs..and my
hand rashes might have come in contact with it..
Please I want to get rid of these..
These are affecting my health also..My weight is just 39 kg.I am not puttting any weight even though I try to increase my
weight..and my mind says I am not happy always...
Please give me any solution.

I understand your concerns.
I guess it is kind of OCD(Obsessive compulsive disease) symptoms.
Obsession regarding dirt, germ or contamination.
For which you have to do compulsion means hand washing.
Repeated washing cause rash on hand.
It is like vicious cycle and secondary to it you might have anxiety and depression.
