Suggest Treatment For Obstruction In The Ureter

Is there any permanent solution to repair this or any medicine which can keep this clear at all times.
Surgical repair is the permanent solution for your problem.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr. XXXXXXX Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the obstruction in the ureter following the use of stent. This condition is referred to as "Ureteric stricture".
Stricture is formed due to scarring of the tissue following the injury or perforation.
For strictures that develop shortly after surgical injury, surgery is the treatment of choice which depends upon the severity of the stricture.
During surgery which may be open or laparoscopic, your doctor will remove scar tissue and may surgically reconstruct your ureter in a different location and reconnect it to the kidney.
If the stricture is extensive, then tissue from another part of the body, such as the small intestine, may be used to help reconstruct the ureter.
Had you been my patient I would have advised you to consult a urology surgeon for further evaluation and the surgical treatment.
Hope to have answered your query.
Wishing you best of your health.
