Brief Answer:
Please provide details about type of hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
Now your problem is basically that of hair fall con recurrent development of folliculitis over the scalp.
I would like to know since when do are you experiencing this hair fall?
Is it only from the front region or is it from whole of the scalp. Hair loss from the front region and the top is the typical male pattern of hair loss.
Also have you been taking any treatment for it?
Do you use hair oil?
Do you have dandruff too?
I am sure I will be able to help you more once you provide me the above details .

I have been suffering from hair fall since last 3 years. I started getting scalp acne when I used to apply lot of oil on my scalp 5 years before. I visited dermatologist in last August and he prescribed a beclomethasone dipropionate lotion zydip c lotion and shampoo containing ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione. But due to some problems i forgot to use it. Suffering hair fall from front and top of head. My scalp is slightly visible now in just three years. It cant be genetic since all my family members from both sides have good amount of hair. Please help me. I have already used minoxidil for 3 months with no stop in hair fall.

Brief Answer:
Take regular treatment for hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

So your problem is basically that of male pattern hair loss with folliculitis and dandruff of scalp.
Now most importantly, I would like to tell you that minoxidil is the best treatment option for you. So you cannot discontinue using it. You need to applyuten percent minoxidil lotion one ml twice a day over the affected areas of scalp. In addition, you can use zydip c lotion once a day. You can wash your hair with something like scalpe shampoo twice a week .
Avoid application of hair oil since it will hamper the effect of minoxidil and also lead to more dandruff and folliculitis .
You need to know that hair fall treatment is basically a long term treatment . You cannot expect to see results in such a short time of two three months . Regular treatment for many months together will help in preventing further hair loss and we can also expect some regrowth of the lost hair.
You should also take tablet biotin 10 mg daily along.

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Application of medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Yes you can start treatment as advised . Minoxidil acts on the hair roots and hair roots tend to remain as such even when hair are shaved off.
Also you can apply zydip c lotion sometime in the afternoon or evening while you need to apply minoxidil in the morning and night .
