Brief Answer:
There seems to be a problem in the inner ear of your son

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

During the normal hearing process, the sound hits the pinna (what we see outside as 'ear'), gets directed to the external auditory canal, hits and vibrates the ear drum, the vibration is passed into the small ossicles of the middle ear cavity, and then is transmitted to the inner ear or the vestibulocochlear apparatus which is the main organ of hearing. Alongside hearing, the vestibulocochlear apparatus is responsible for balance. Thus hypersensitivity or imbalance of the vestibulocochlear apparatus may lead to problems like vertigo, falling down and postural problems (which might be misinterpreted as orthostatic hypertension) and is also associated with the sense of nausea and vomiting. So, in a nutshell, all the symptoms point to one single pathology involving the inner ear.

Vestibulocochlear stabilizers like cinnarizine and betahistine may provide relief to your son. Please visit a ENT doctor and get a consultation n the same.

Hope that helps.

Regards
