Suggest Treatment For Over-active Bladder And Urinary Incontinence
Question: This is a 2-part situation. I have to wear a Poise pad for irregular incontinence. My urine does not leak with every cough and sneeze (hardly ever), it leaks whenever it wants to, for no reason at all. Also, I have been having the sensation of having a full bladder and I don't think I will make it to the bathroom in time, when I sit down to go, only enough to barely overflow a thimble will come out. Acting somewhat like an infection, but I have no pain when I urinate or blood in my urine.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sensation of bladder fullness and occasionally leaking of urine (Urgency).
In absence of any other bladder irritative symptoms like frequency ,burning etc this could be due to what is called as Over Active Bladder Syndrome (OAB).
Normally one gets sensation of urge to pass urine when bladder gets filled up with 250 ml of urine however in OAB there are involuntary contractions of bladder even it gets filled with small quantity of urine say 25 -30 ml resulting in to one stat getting sensation of fullness of bladder and leakage of small amount of urine .
This can be confirmed by a test called Urodynaemic study of bladder ,
Taking anti muscuranic drug like Solifenacin twice daily or Darifenacin once daily will help to resolve the symptoms.
