Question: after sitting or walking have to use the rest room urgently. The urge to urinate is strong but to much happens. While sitting at the computer and walking experience pain in left leg.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Over Active Bladder Syndrome .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have other symptoms like increased frequency for urination ,burning urination apart from urgency?
2) Do you have pain in perineal region?
3) Do you have painful ejaculation?

Urgency for urination is mostly due to what is called as Over Active Bladder .

Pain while sitting is due to involuntary contraction of the bladder .

Get your routine urine test and Urine culture done to rule out infection (UTI)

Taking anti muscuranic drugs like Solifenacin or Darifenacin once daily for 2-3 months will resolve your issue ,

Get the prescription from your family Physician .

Pain in leg is unlikely to be due to OAB and could be due to Sciatica or muscle spasms .However it needs to be needs to diagnosed by an Orthopedic surgeon.
