Question: Pain and burning in lower stomach. When i sit and stand its not to bad but when i bend over alot it really hurts

Bladder infection most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,

You seem to have Urinary tract infection in the form of moderately severe Cystitis ( bladder infection).

This inflamed bladder gets tensed while bending and can produce the symptoms which you are currently experiencing.

So i advise you to have an Ultrasound Abdomen and Complete urine examination with Urine culture and sensitivity.

Antibiotics have to be started only after the urinary samples are given for testing.

Drugs like Norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day for 7-10 days will be very effective.

Please note that these drugs should be taken under strict medical prescription of your doctor.

i have tested my urine and everything was negative for infection
