Brief Answer:
Please drink fluids, cranberry juice and apply heat pad intermittently

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you are having and I suggest you drink small amounts of cranberry juice if you have it at home. This is a temporary relief till you consult the doctor tomorrow morning. This should work for you.

2. The medicine cipromycin 500 mg contains antibiotic ciprofloxacin and a single tablet is unlikely to give you much relief. I hope you have talked to your doctor before taking this medicine because it is a prescription medicine and to be taken as recommended.

3. Please drink adequate amounts of fluids and juices and visit washrooms and this will help to flush your system.

4. You can apply a heat pad over the lower abdomen. Please do not use a heat pad for longer than 15 minutes at a time as it can cause burns.

5. Hope your symptoms are under control till the morning and wish you a quick recovery. Please confirm your condition with your doctor.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
