Question: I have been doing coke too much lately. I have been ok but tonight my lower back feels puffy and swollen. Will this subside? Rest of me feels fine.

If you do cocaine intravenously, this is a serious matter as it could represent a spinal cord infection. If you snort cocaine, the low back pain is likely unrelated and will go away on its own.
