Brief Answer:
Not likely to be related. Routine medication.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. There does not seem to be any connection or relation to this swelling and the pain.
2. The swelling is most likely to be a small lymphoid tissue or a minor salivary gland.
3. If you can upload a close up image, it will be helpful.
4. Routine medication with an anti inflammatory and anti allergy medication should settle this down.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
