Question: Hello i injured my foot two days ago and again today i went and saw an urgent care clinic they said it wasnt broken but didnt advise me to wrap it or anything

I dropped a heavy box on it two days ago and then today i droped a cinder block on it im worried of a hairline fracture or a larsfranc injury

Hello,
If there is pain and swelling with difficulty in walking then you can get an xray of foot.
Pain killers with serratiopeptidase will help.
Also put foot in XXXXXXX warm saline water.
Local analgesics ointment can be used.
