Suggest Treatment For Pain Caused By Pinched Nerve
Question: ok starting all over again. my name is xxxxx. about 2 weeks ago i went to see my doctor fo r neck pain that was radiating to my arms and hands. an Mri revealed a pinched nerve. I am better with the neck pain, but my forearms are still temder to the touch and a little numbness on top of my hands. the other concern is that my inner calves feel a little numb, like they want to cramp and im thinking maybe that may have something to do with being diagnosed with spondeolosthesis and aleaky disc in my spine. I am also a type 2 diabetic with fsting blood sugar of 136. I also have a little muscle spasm around my rib area. why all these issues at once?

All you need to do is consider painkillers preferably NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, physiotherapy exercises with compliance and maintaining a good friendly posture to avoid further exacerbation. Regular follow ups will make sure of that.
Now why all this at once may be due to some recent physical aggression you had like lifting a weight or straining heavily or doing some strenuous exercises. Any how, the solution is rest, adequate analgesia and physiotherapy. Hopefully these will be sufficient for the relief of pain.
