Brief Answer:
Probiotics and pain killers

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As I'm sure you know, not all antibiotics can be given while you are pregnant. You can take probiotics instead which will balance the gut flora without lasting side effects. If you have had a course of antibiotics already in the hospital then without knowing the details about the type of infection it's not right to prescribe antibiotics.

For the pain you can take paracetamol or drotavarine. Drink plenty of water to wash out the bacteria. However, if your symptoms don't improve then antibiotics are needed. A stool examination should show the type of infection.
