Question: After a disastrous colorectal surgery, infection requiring surgery because a hernia developed, I am in the process of the test where I swallowed a pill filled with rings; First X-ray showed it in the transverse colon; second in small intestines and Friday I have the 5th. I have not had a bowel movement and have had more gastro pain than ever. My guess is part of the problem is the way the mesh was placed over area of intestines. Are you familiar with this test and can you explain why I experience more abdominal pain?

I do not understand your site as I received a notice that our discussion is closed, but, do not assume that all doctors have my interest first; this is a state where doctors are moving to because it is hard to sue; I have reason to XXXXXXX dr who discharged me with an infection which led to hernia; who said I didn't have to have surgery but it could have helped back pain. A healthy body is now layered with mesh, front and back. I was off all opiates only to have them prescribe more and, Xanax was prescribed w/o my knowledge of it being bad. Miso sorry I ever listened to a dr here. To think that two surgeries to correct two -all involving mesh? I trust no one and how I will ever become the person I was after being a guinea pig, I do not know. I have to understand your site because you are clearly knowledgeable, but, I get cut off just when a dr seems thorough. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Too much damage has been done; I will not allow another dr to come near me. My best to you..
