No dear there is nothing to worry as it is normal to have slight pain difficulty in movements after surgery due to inflammation and oedema leading to pain.
If will resolve by itself and sling will be very helpful in help in healing.
There is no issue of right position of sling as it just supports the arm and shoulder.

I'm still in having serious pain and difficulty with my shoulder even in physical therapy the therapist refused to touch me because of the pain that I was having in certain I have had shoulder pain before or shoulder surgery rather and never had pain like this for this length of time
Brief Answer:
Visit your orthopedician
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, sorry for the delay in response.
It seems like some nerve involvement due to either irritation of nerve or inflammation of nerve due to healing.
Both of these are entirely different case scenarios which can only be differentiated on examination so visit your orthopedician immediately without delay and get it examined at the earliest.
Till then take the analgesics prescribed already for pain relief but don't take it lightly thinking it will resolve by itself.
