Brief Answer:
Osteoporosis, mets, radiculopathy, musculoskeletal causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, osteoporosis should be looked for taking into account the age and presentation of symptoms. Bone scan is a sensitive test to rule out possible metastases especially with history of breast cancer. Hopefully, the metastases wont be an issue. If both causes are ruled out then cervical radiculopathy and musculoskeletal causes should be addressed. NSAIDs can be advised for a week provided renal functions are good. Muscle relaxants and tramadol plus acetaminophen can be advised if renal function does not permit use of NSAIDs or if there is a contraindication to its use. Vitamin D, B 12 and calcium deficiencies should be corrected if found.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
