Brief Answer:
This pain can be due to vertebral fracture
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Pain in back with blueness is suggestive of muscle and bone injury. So I would suggest you to get spine x ray. You might be having osteoporotic spine fracture.
If it is seen on x ray than you need to follow these steps.
1.Tablet Ultracet one twice daily.
2.Calcium and Vitamin D 3 daily.
3.Teriparatide injection one daily for three months.
4.Hot water fomentation and volitran ointment.
5.Lumbro sacral belt.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if you want to ask any further questions.
thanks
