Brief Answer:
Need a muscle relaxant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
If you are not getting the desired relief with Lortab then you can get a muscle relaxant like Flexeril prescribed from your physician. Doing a hot fomentation and applying a local analgesic gel in the area of pain will also help.
Start doing regular back strengthening exercise to retard the disease progression under the care of a proficient physical therapist.
I hope this answers your query.
