Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
There could be various reasons for the nipple changes that you are mentioning.
Stress, anxiety, emotional disturbances, fluctuations in weight, unusual exercise, a tight or hard fitting synthetic bra, weather changes, smoking, drinking, late nights, erratic eating habits , hormonal medications - all these can contribute.
As such, there is nothing to panic or worry about seriously.
Just wear a cotton bra, that fits well and is not harsh on the nipple.
If symptoms persist, it is worthwhile to have a breast exam by a Specialist just to rule out any nipple condition.
All the best
