Suggest Treatment For Pain In Calf And Knee While Suffering From Vitamin D Deficiency
Please provide more information and consider these guidelines
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
I share your concern.
Normal level of vitamin D3 is 12 to 20 ng per ml, so you have mild deficiency of vitamin D3.
Here I would like further information to guide you better
Since how long you have this problem?
Are you having joint pain or early morning stiffness?
What all investigations you have ordered, please upload me all the reports?
If symptoms haven't improved yet with Nerv up od and dfriz then you can take injection of vitamin B 12 ( cyanocobalamin, commercially available as neurobian forte) on alternate day for a week.
DFRIZ contains diacerin, glucosamine and MSM, continue with it as your doctor advised.
You should take lots of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, sprouts, egg, milk and dairy products.
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for all the details.
Your hemoglobin is also low so I would advise you to add iron tablet to the treatment after discussing with your doctor but that might not be relax to your knee and calf pain.
You might be having age related degenerative changes in your knee as well as lumbosacral spine which has augmented with the vitamin D3 deficiency.
In my opinion you should continue with DFRINZ and NERVE UP OD along with physiotherapy and assuming correct posture and gait.
Avoid sitting in squatting or cross leg position.
You also have high eosinophil count, I would advise you to take a course of anthelmintic drugs under supervision of doctor and repeat test after 15 days.
Hope this helps you and you will find my response informative and helpful
Please feel free to ask for further queries, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
