Brief Answer:
Get MRI scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

From your history it seems that nerves which supply calf region get compressed in lumbar area and causes pain in your case. So you should get MRI scan of lumbar region done and send me the report. I want to see the present condition of nerves and other soft tissues in that area.

In place of taking cellebrex you may take 1 tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day and rest of the medication you can take as your taking them early.

- Avoid heavy weight lifting pushing and pulling heavy objects, because it will further increase back pain.

- Apply hot packs for 30 min in morning and evening .

I hope it helps.
