
Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip And Thigh After Stretching

Question: Hi I am a runner , I run an average of 6.5 miles an hour for 20 minutes, i stretch before I run , however last night when I went to bed I had pain where my thigh connects to my hip , in a lying position if i try to lift my left leg vertically its as if I have no strenght and have pain in that same area, is this a groin pull or hip flexor injury and if so what is the best remedy to cure this?
