Brief Answer:
Tooth/gum infection, cardiac problems, oral physician/ cardiac physician

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain in the jaw is concerned, I have two possibilities.
It can be because of the tooth or gum infection.
The other possible cause can be any cardiac diseases that results in pain in the lower jaw and shoulders.

If the pain is very severe and troubling you, I will recommend you visit the ER for EKG. Else you can visit an oral physician who can evaluate for possible tooth/gum infection. If any tooth or gum problem is there, then it has to be treated with root canal treatment or scaling.

On taking aspirin, the pain might have come down since it it is an antiinflamatory analgesic and also a blood thinner. This will not confirm the diagnosis. So consult both the oral physician and cardiac physician and get it evaluated.

I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there, reply me back.
Take care.
